ABOUT THE TEAMS
The Publishing teams are in it to reinvent our publishing products. We want to leap from products being desktop & anonymous by design into an ecosystem of personal & device-agnostic next generation products, all enabled by an digital-only publishing platform for the modern newsroom. You’ll work with products for the biggest publishing brands in Norway and Sweden (e.g. VG, Aftonbladet, Svenska Dagbladet and Aftenposten) - publishers that are passionate about independent journalism and nailing a great product experience for its vast volume of users. With these products, you’ll reach more than half the population in Norway and Sweden - on a daily basis. In other words, it’s an amazing laboratory for product innovation.
We are investing heavily to build a world-class publishing platform: A seamless end-to-end experience for publishers to create, distribute and monetize next generation publishing products. The ambition for our next generation publishing products is an ecosystem of products that deliver and tell news in a way that makes users feel like they have their own intelligent personal editor - seamless across any device.
Sitting still is the worst thing we can do. We need passionate engineering people to ensure we’re able to reinvent publishing in a way that meets user needs and preserves independent journalism and editorial accountability.
